Hi

Can not delete dbuser evelina_pr @johny server.

Can you help me?

Evelina you can delete the user from Cpanel , MySQL database menu.

Have no user in Cpanel MySQL

But, creating new one, got error "This user (evelina_pr) exists in the database!"

is evelina_pr your login user name, then you cannot delete it, it is a super admin powered user made by cpanel, the password for that is your cpanel login password itself.

No, it is database user, is deletable. But i can not have access rights to delete it. My undeletable primary user is "evelina".

May be some of helio-admins read this and delete buggy user with admin-rights.

How did you originally create the user?

I created database and user with cPanel wizard. But then they disappeared from cPanel. The database is removed with Helio online support service. The user remained.
