HelioHost Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 All Johnny services are back online, and the high load issue should be returning to normal. Thank you to all of the Heliohost users who have reported the various issues they have been experiencing. The more information we have about what is happening the better we can analyze the situation and take steps to prevent these types of incidents from happening in the future. Once the load drops down to a reasonable level we should be able to restart new account creation and deletions soon. Thank you for your patience during this process to make Johnny more stable.
