a. My HelioHost username: AllShop.

b. The server my account is on: Johnny.

c. My HelioHost main domain: http://www.allshop41.co.cc/

 

A few moments ago I got this message: "Either we could not find that account in the database, or it has already become active. If you're seeing an "Account Queued" page, please wait an additional 24 hours. If you aren't seeing anything, please refresh your browser's cache."

 

I do not see "Account Queued" page and I refreshed my browser's cache.

 

My main question is: what is wrong/what I`ve done wrong and how to fix it/how I can fix it?

 

I also wonder how to start using cPanel to upload the website (from where should I get "username" and "password")?

Oh, so I had to use lowercase for username when I was signing up...

How can I change my heliohost username now?

 

Oh, I just typed in my username in lowercase and it worked!
