I recently tried to sign-up for a Hosting-account, using this info...

a. HelioHost username = RdmRS

b. the HelioHost server = Johnny

c. HelioHost main domain = http://RDMRedStick.heliohost.org

...and eventually got this Email from the HelioHost staff...

"...

HelioHost Account Error

from: no-reply@heliohost.org

to: RDMRedStick@gmail.com

subject: HelioHost Account Error

mailed-by: johnny.heliohost.org

Dear rdmrs,

Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:

Sorry, a DNS entry for rdmredstick.heliohost.org already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again.

Regards,

HelioHost Staff

..."

So, HOW(!!) do I accomplish this deletion (assuming that the DNS-entry is on a HelioHost(!) server, and not on some other organization's server) ??.

Thanks,

rdm_brla
