rdm_brla Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 I recently tried to sign-up for a Hosting-account, using this info... a. HelioHost username = RdmRSb. the HelioHost server = Johnnyc. HelioHost main domain = http://RDMRedStick.heliohost.org ...and eventually got this Email from the HelioHost staff... "...HelioHost Account Error from: no-reply@heliohost.orgto: RDMRedStick@gmail.comsubject: HelioHost Account Errormailed-by: johnny.heliohost.org Dear rdmrs,Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry, a DNS entry for rdmredstick.heliohost.org already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again. Regards,HelioHost Staff..." So, HOW(!!) do I accomplish this deletion (assuming that the DNS-entry is on a HelioHost(!) server, and not on some other organization's server) ??. Thanks,rdm_brla
