Some new users may be alarmed by the seemingly full drives on Heliohost servers.

Stevie only needs a couple hundred megabytes free in /dev/sda1 (/), /dev/sda2 (/var), /dev/sda3 (/usr), and /dev/sda9 (/var/cpanel). We actually have it set up this way on purpose to waste as little space as possible on the hard drives which allows us to host a larger number of user accounts.

If /dev/sda6 (/tmp), /dev/sda7 (/home), /dev/sdb3 (/home1), /dev/sdb5 (/var/lib/pgsql), or /dev/sda8 (/var/lib/mysql) get close to full though we do have a problem, and it would be great if you could notify an admin as soon as possible.

The fastest way to contact an admin is to log into IRC http://www.heliohost...me/support/chat Even if no one responds immediately we do monitor everything that is said in the channel, and of course you can always create a new post on our customer support forum http://www.helionet....o=new_post&f=45
