[Solved] Account, Password Not Working, Emails Not Received

Hello,

 

Recently registered for hosting on johnny and the hb-gaming.co.cc domain using the same email as here, linked the accounts when registering for hosting etc, received confirmation email. I try to login at hb-gaming.co.cc/cpanel and the password refuses to work and the link to reset my password doesn't send me anything, tried it a few times over the past 2 days (checked spam), can someone please help me out with my account?

Thanks, I received the email with the password but it is still saying invalid login, tried on my desktop and from my phone same problem, never had this problem before. Any ideas? Does it work for you? :/

Yes it works fine for me. Are you typing this in lowercase as your username?

Thank you it is working now, strange I registered using capitals and the welcome email used them capitals, but login got converted to lowercase. All is well now I am logged in thanks for the help
