Hi, i have a question: When or whether heliohost accounts (with websites) will be deleted (e.g. by inactivity)

As long as you login to your cpanel at least once every 30 days you don't have to worry about your site being deleted for inactivity. However if you fail to do so you will be sent an email saying that you need to login before it's counted as inactive.
