ido51 Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 you say in the homepage that you support asp.net, but it's not true. =/my site is on Stevie server and i can't run asp.net project. Quote
Tjoene Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 That is because you are on the wrong server. For ASP.NET you need to be on Johnny.Stevie doesn't support .NET. If you want to use ASP, you can delete your Stevie account and make a new one on Johnny. Quote
ido51 Posted June 26, 2012 Author Posted June 26, 2012 ok, thank you. Edit:hmmm how i delete my account? Quote
Tjoene Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 You can use this script to delete your account.http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete Quote

Tjoene Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 You need to wait until your account is deleted, after that you should be able to register on Johnny Quote
ido51 Posted June 26, 2012 Author Posted June 26, 2012 my account already deleted, and i already registered a new one on Johnny, i asked if i need to wait 48 hours again in order to get access to the cpanel of my new account? Quote
Tjoene Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 If you have created a new account, it will need some time before it's active.Usually it's about 24h before your account is active. We do this to prevent putting to much load on the servers. If you still see a queued page after 24h, try to clear your cache. Quote
ido51 Posted June 26, 2012 Author Posted June 26, 2012 so now i have access to cpanel, but the domain don't work.if i try to surf to the ip address in my cpanel under "Shared IP Address" i get a message "HelioHost Account Queued". my question is: when it's going to work? BTWHelioHost is the best free hosting ever! Quote
Tjoene Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 It's normal that your domain doesn't work yet.It need 24h before the server has created the account. This is to reduce the load on the servers. If you still see the Queued page after 24h, try to clear your cache. Quote
ido51 Posted June 27, 2012 Author Posted June 27, 2012 my account is still queued, and the domain still not working.i trired to clean my browser's cache already and nothing. Quote
