[Answered] Cannot Load My Domain/login To My Cpanel

Hi

I cannot load my domain as a result I cannot also login to my cpanel. First i thought it is expired as a result of inactivity. But I cannot also renew it using the renew section: it says your account is not inactive.Can some one help figure this out.

Server:Johny

cpanel username: mohammad

Looks like that account has been deleted because you failed to login every 30 days. Feel free to create another account if you like.
