I was getting close to being marked as inactive. I finally was able to get time to work on it again, and my log in was not coming up correctly. I kept trying the password reset. At the time I didn't have the ability to fully investigate. Now that I have more time again my account seems to have been placed completely inactive. More than anything I would like to retrieve my files. If this is not the best place to communicate about this issue please let me know where is.
