[Solved] Site Down And Max Connection Issues

UPDATE:

this is broken again. Please resolve this.

 

 

ORIGNAL:

 

On my site zykoon.heliohost.org, I was getting below error for last 1 hr and it just started working (only for jsp files) after I configured web-inf folder for indexing using Index manager but wanted to check what was the issue behind error and how it can be prevented in future?

Apache Tomcat/5.5.34

 

 

 

I also noticed mysql max number of connection error for jsp pages where I am closing the connection every time after the action is done. Is there any config need to be done? Please let me know.
