[Inactive] Unable To Create Ruby On Rails Application

When trying to create a Ruby on Rails application, I'm met with the following error:

Your app is NOT installed because there was a problem. Try again or contact our support team.

 

An unknown error was encountered when creating your rails application.

My main domain is http://potstod6.heliohost.org/

My cPanel Username is: potatos6

cPanel DOES NOT SUPPORT OUR VERSION OF RUBY ON RAILS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE cPanel TO CREATE YOUR RUBY ON RAILS APPLICATION!
