HelioHost main domain: bravo.heliohost.org I signup the domain in 2009 and it worked in three month ago...Today I try to access the web site but cannot access it. Then I discove there is no DNS record for bravo.heliohost.org So I try to signup a new one with the same name. Then I got a mail notification with following content:============Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:= Sorry, a DNS entry for bravo.heliohost.org already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) Please visit http://www.heliohost...ipts/signup.php and try to signup again. ============Please help me (the data of old web site is not important, all I want to keep is DNS name: bravo.heliohost.org)Thank you. ============2012/5/20 Update:Support admin already solved the problem.
