HelioHost Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 Some accounts on Stevie today, May 16th, were inaccessible due to one of the major shared IP addresses being improperly routed within our data center. Nothing was wrong with our servers, and nothing was wrong with your accounts. The shared IP address just wasn't sending requests to where they were supposed to go, and therefore stevie couldn't respond to requests that it never received. Thanks to the tireless efforts of our admin support team this issue has been quickly diagnosed and resolved, and all services should be back to normal now. Thank you for your patience during this issue that was unfortunately beyond our direct control. Be assured that further steps are already in progress to attempt to prevent anything like this from happening again.
