[Solved] Could Not Find That Account In The Database

Hello,

 

I created an account and got a confirmation letter. But I can't log on to my account and when I send the "http://www.heliohost...?username=ulfro" I get an answer thar´t my account could'nt be found in the database or it has already been activated.

Could you help me out?
