[Solved] Suspended: Johne5

[johne5]

a. your HelioHost username = johne5 or johne5s

b. the server your account is on = johnny

c. your HelioHost main domain = johne5.com

 

I did not login once a month, so i know that's why it got queued.

 

But I can't even log in to the cpanal. the system will not email me a password reset. cpanal login tells me it my username is not in the database.
