Hi,

 

I've been having a trouble to use my account (http://juszyszka.co.cc). I cannot log in in control panel and the only thing I can see is the message:

 

'Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel.'

 

 

Can you please tell me what is the problem with my website??? Does it actually still exist??? I've never received any message saying that my account will be suspended or deleted.

I'm sorry but it looks like that site has been deleted. Probly because you failed to login every 30 days. The reason your still seeing the Ahoy page is because that domain is still pointing to our nameservers.
