when I visit my web: www.qingsheng1.com, will be transfer to http://www.heliohost.org/home/.

but I can login into the cpanelx by http://www.qingsheng1.com:2082/

Set your nameserver records too:

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org

and not dns1
