[Solved] Suspended Account Because Of Inactivity

Hello,

 

i got an email, that my account has been suspended because of inactivity. I made myself an calendar appointment, so I will login every month at the 25th (today). Unfortunately, I somehow got this message!

 

When I click on the link, which was embedded in the mail, i only get this message, when i try to renew my account:

 

"We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error."

 

So can you please help me?
