[Inactive] Change Main Domain Request

I am not sure where shall I post this request therefore if it is in the wrong area please do kindly direct me to the correct forum.

 

I had been trying to change my main domain via the url http://www.heliohost.../scripts/domain 3 times in the past 2 weeks but so far it had not be successful.

 

Are you about to advice or assistance on this.

(please kindly note that the second level forum like http://www.helionet....stomer-service/ are not working currently)

• Your cPanel username
  
• Your main domain
  
• The server that you are on
  
• And the domain name you want to change to.
