I already requested delete account with the following link, http://www.heliohost.../scripts/delete . And now i register a new account using same user name and same domain name, but i'm getting an email with the following error. Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:Sorry, a DNS entry for pomstore.co.cc already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) Please visit http://www.heliohost...ipts/signup.php and try to signup again. I tried 2 times to signup, but still getting the email with same error. Anyone can help? And may i know what should i do? Thanks in advanced.
