How To Configure My Top-Level Domain To My Heliohost Subdomain.

I use A record point my top-level domain to the space share IP(64.62.211.131)johnny server, but it's “account queued”

 

 

i use cname record point the domain to HelioHost subdomain ,but it's also “account queued”

 

how to configure

Add your top level domain as a Parked Domain from cPanel. Then use NS Records at your top level domain manager and set it to:

 

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org

@darkskyline dont worry that error has be encountered by many users and is informed to root admin.

 

Djbob is a busy man, wait for a while till the problem is solved.

 

and sorry for abruption in hosting HELIOHOST COMMUNITY.
