[Solved] Forgotten User Name. Request You To Delete Existing Account

Hi Heliohost Admin,

 

I have forgotten my user name and not able to login in cpanel hence site is going to queued page.

 

Domain - www.astrodpverma.com

 

Could you please delete existing account from your end so that I could create a new account and host my site once again on heliohost?

 

When I m trying to create new account then getting below message-

 

Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:

 

Sorry, a DNS entry for astrodpverma.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

I am not the admin, so I can not be sure, but I found the "sumitpro" username on the Stevie server, which seems to match to your forum "sumitprosoft" username, you might want to try it.

 

However heliohost nameservers do not have any DNS entries for your astrodpverma.com domain name.
