Hi,

 

after several months of using and enjoying HelioHost, my account has been suspended. As I have not changed any code recently, I have no idea why this happened. Could you please look into this?

Sorry for wasting your time, I was able to unsuspend my account. The eMail reminding me to login into cPanel did not reach me or my spam folder this time.

i think you were suspended due to in activity

 

you can try to reactivate it from here http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew

 

if you are not able to reactivate , wait for a while till admins manually reactivate you

The HelioHost Account Notification eMail also has arrived now.
