thenoad Posted March 16, 2012 Share Posted March 16, 2012 a. your HelioHost username - thenoadb. the server your account is on - Johnnyc. your HelioHost main domain - noad.heliohost.org After re-registering my Account on Johnny i received an Registration-mail on 2012-02-21.Account still queued since then. Using the status-script from your support didn't find any account with that name.Trying to re-register the account again on Stevie on 2012-02-29 gives an error:"Sorry, a DNS entry for noad.heliohost.org already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)"No more replies since that time.
