b. the server your account is on - Johnny

c. your HelioHost main domain - noad.heliohost.org

 

 

After re-registering my Account on Johnny i received an Registration-mail on 2012-02-21.

Account still queued since then. Using the status-script from your support didn't find any account with that name.

Trying to re-register the account again on Stevie on 2012-02-29 gives an error:

"Sorry, a DNS entry for noad.heliohost.org already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)"

No more replies since that time.

 

Is there any chance to get my account back?

unfortunately deleting is not possible, so that is not an option.

waiting for admin-support for more than a moth now, seems there is no chance to cleanup this :(
