michster
a: michsterb: johnnyc: derbygenk.heliohost.org/ Here's my problem: I forgot to log in on to the Cpanel because I use ModX to update the site. Since my heliohost-login is linked to one of my E-mail adresses which I rarely check, I didn't noticed/read the warning about needing to log in. This is of course my fault, but I really need this site back online for an upcoming contest. I would greatly appreciate it if you would re-activate it. Also: why does the Cpanel loginscreen tell me this? "Brute Force ProtectionThis account is currently locked out because a brute force attempt was detected. Please wait a few minutes and try again. Attempting to login again will only increase this delay. If you frequently experience this problem, we recommend having your username changed to something less generic." I'd find it hard to believe that someone would want to hack this site, but maybe it's just a wrongly displayed message or maybe I'm reading it wrong. Please reply. Byron
I'm sorry but it looks like that account was deleted because of failure to login every 30 days and we don't keep backups of anybody's site. Feel free to create a new account if you like.
michster
Will I be able to use the exact same domain-name and login? I keep getting errors send through E-mail that my account creation failed but it never mentions which error. Thanks for your time.
