I understand now that I didn't log into Cpanel for more than one month as usually I update files via ftp which is much simpler for me. After trying a few times to find out what was happening I tried to create a new account with the same value above. Please do not create if it can be retrieved. At the time new accounts were not available in server stevie.Since a few days ago that same account went "queued", that is, the account "redomol" in server johnny.Yesterday while trying to find out what was happening I created a new account in server stevie, where the domain is rdml. I was not very clear when I submited the topic. Currently the account "redomol" in server johnny continues "queued" and I am unable to log in the cpanel in server johnny. However the account redomol in server stevie is already working and I can log in. But I do not wish to keep the account "redomol" in server stevie.I wish, if possible, to bring back up the account "redomol" in server johnny. Thank you for your help and patience. Tjoene Posted March 13, 2012 Share Posted March 13, 2012 You can only have 1 account and on 1 server.If you want to go back to Johnny, use this script to delete ( http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete ) your account on Stevie.Once it is deleted, you may create a new account on Johnny.
