1) Create a new topic named "Suspended: hh_username", replacing hh_username with your HelioHost username

2) In your post, include the following information:

a. your HelioHost username

b. the server your account is on

c. your HelioHost main domain

you account is not suspended it is queued it will take 24 hours to get up. you can check that after 24 hours. if you still find this try clear you cache

I still cannot access my account - no cpanel login or website or admin :-)

Can sysop please activate its been more than 24 hours
