Thump Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 Hey guys and thanks in advance for the help! I havnt messed with building a website in quite a while and im sure i had help at the time, nonetheless i seem to be doing something wrong. 1st) Helo sent me an email with a link to check my site creation status, I clicked it and the 1st time it told me precisely when my site would be created.. I clicked it a 2nd time, and it told me "Either we could not find that account in the database, or it has already become active. If you're seeing an "Account Queued" page, please wait an additional 24 hours. If you aren't seeing anything, please refresh your browser's cache." It has been more than 24 hours and no progress. Im wondering if maybe i am incorrectly handling my domain? In my Godaddy account, I simply 'unlocked' my domain, hoping that it would be all i needed to do for Helio to attatch it to the website, is this wrong? Basically.. I need to know what to do to get my Domain (www.unaclan.us) to communicate with the site being created via Helio as well as why after 24 hours am i still unable to login to my cPanel? I really dont want to have to wait in 24 hour increments to get this resolves. Thanks! *EDIT* After doing some research, I see i need to set my 'nameservers' with my domain (im dumb.. ) So, i found the area in my account with godaddy to do such, but i have no idea where to find my nameservers, or Helio's name servers. I guess i'l need to know how to go about finding the nameservers as well. *EDIT* Found Helio's nameserver(s), after i wait for godaddy update, i'l respond if the problem is resolved. *EDIT* (anyone laughing at me yet?) I seem to have answered my own questions. I'v been able to login to my cPanel, which is obviously connected to my domain. The nameserver seemed to be the issue. Now, however i have run into (or have I?) a new question. I uploaded a Forum (extreme 6) to my 'File Manager' in the public html folder, From my perspective, all the files look organizes and correct, so is that it? I just wait another 24 hours and the will become live? Or, is there a way i can see my site's appearance before it's live? ~tHump

Ice IT Support Posted March 18, 2012 Posted March 18, 2012 You shouldn't have to wait 24 hours to see uploaded files.
