ayush Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 My Account informationA) Username: anuragst Server: StevieC) Domain: anuragsteels.in About a month before my account was suspended or queued. whenever i type "anuragsteels.in" in address bar it shows Account Queued n when i try to log in it doesn't log me to my account.and when i finally tried creating a new account with same domain it wasn't possible and i got mail saying " Dear anuragst,Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry, a DNS entry for anuragsteels.in already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) Please visit http://www.heliohost...ipts/signup.php and try to signup again. Regards,HelioHost Staff " So Please help me get my account back.
Byron Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 You created an account on the Johnny server that hasn't come out of the queue yet. Give it 24 to 48 hours.

So it would be better if i can get the existing account. So please check For the data Respective to my Domain i.e. "anuragsteels.in" Thank you for your Response.
ayush Posted March 20, 2012 Author Posted March 20, 2012 As u said i have already Cleared my cache and tried Registering again and did every possible thing but nothing worked Sir Please atleast Delete the DNS entry on your Server. For anuragsteels.in i ll make a new account for the same.
