Unable To Signup

Hi Heliohost Support,

 

I've tried to create a new account a couple of times today, and both times I've received an "Account Error" email, saying:

 

"""Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:

 

Please visit http://www.heliohost...ipts/signup.php and try to signup again."""

 

My username was srschart, and my domain is srscharts.co.cc

What server did you sign up for?

srscharts that is because heliohost only accept 200 signups daily so if the limit is exceeded you cannot sign up.

 

check this http://helio.byrondallas.heliohost.org/sign-up.php or http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ to know how many accounts are left from the 200 daily accounts.
