I received an email stating that my account has been suspended due to inactivity.

 

I have already click the link to reactivate my account, but I receive this message:

"We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error."

amen611 were you suspended due to in activity, then only one of the admin can help you.

 

next time at least login to the cpanel at least once a month.

So, do I have to wait for the admin to reactivate my account, or I have to send them an email to request it (since I couldn't find their email anywhere...)?
