Hosting Feature: Why I Don't Have The Ability To Add Domains?

I've registered two days ago. Yes, my website is up and running. In my cPanel, I have this on side bar:

Parking Domains 0/0
Addon Domains 0/0

 

When I add domain, it says I'm not allowed.

user name: jomgapuz

url: jomgapuz.heliohost.org

server: johnny
