My account worked fine for more than a year, but now its queued?

 

a. your HelioHost username - thenoad

b. the server your account is on - Johnny

c. your HelioHost main domain - noad.heliohost.org

 

Please help. Thanks in advance.

Are there no warnings via email before deleting an account? I didn't find any in may mailbox.

If the account is deleted, why is it stated as queued?

However, i have just re-registered my account.

After re-registering my Account on 2012-02-17 on Johnny i received an Registration-mail.

Account still queued since then. Using the status-script from your support didn't find any account with that name.

Trying to re-register the account again on Stevie on 2012-02-29 gives an error:

"Sorry, a DNS entry for noad.heliohost.org already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)"

No more replies thince that time.

 

Is there any chance to get my account back?
