Access Denied With Mysqlworkbench

Hello, im trying to upload my database from MySqlWorkbench, but i cant, this is the configuration im using...

 

connection method: Standard(tcp/ip)

Host: johnny.heliohost.org

port: 3306

username:imxn (cPanel user)

password: the one i use to login to cPanel.

Access denied for user 'imxn'@'***.***.***.*** (ip address)' (using password: YES)

 

for the remote management

 

i used: OS.... linux

MySQL installation Type i used fedora Linux, because i didn't know wich one to use.....

Remote SSH configuration parameters

the host name: johnny.heliohost.org

port:22

username: imxn

password: mypass

 

and there is also an error connecting to host

 

 

can you give me the correct address of the host and ports that i should use to get this working please???

Have you tried importing using cPanel's phpmyadmin? We usually don't allow remote connections like ssh into our servers.

I save my database from "MySqlWorkbench" in a SQL file then import it with phpMyAdmin into my account here at Heliohost

 

we do not have remote access to MySQL by SSH
