Hi, I received an email on Feb 11th, stating my HelioHost account has been suspended as a result of inactivity.

I have been somewhat inactive, but not enough to warrant suspension.

 

Attempting to renew the account results in this message:

"We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error."

 

In addition, logging into cpanel is not allowed since my account is disabled, and accessing my main domain (kryogenic.org) works fine.

 

HelioHost username: kryo

Server: Stevie

Main domain: kryogenic.org
