[SOLVED]Cannot Access Website Without Www

Hello,

 

Am encountering a problem here.

 

I can access the website www.hcaivu.com just fine.

But when I try it without www i.e. hcaivu.com I see the "Heliohost Account Queued" page.

How can I rectify this?

but http://www.hcaivu.com/ loads. Is your website on heliohost?

it works with both

 

 

The problem is when you added the domain in cpanel at the time of registration you added www i think ,

 

you can add it without www also it had happened once to me.

Probably DNS needed more time to get propagated.
