Unable To Add Domains

Hi. Not possible to addon domains. I get error message:

Error from park wrapper: neurochir.co.cc is controlled by another user. You cannot park it.

 

Please help me with this.

Default domain: neurochir.heliohost.org

Parking domain: neurochir.co.cc

Point the nameserver records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and try to add again.
