Ice IT Support Posted January 27, 2012 Posted January 27, 2012 HH's servers are not regularly cleaned and rebooted. This might help with that.
halison Posted January 27, 2012 Author Posted January 27, 2012 is calculated, 80% of 8GB and 6GB or more. So we still 2GB. What could be done, because I see that only the http on port (80) is in trouble. I do not know if it is possible, could restart the server? It would be a test for a temporary solution What is your opinion about this idea? (at this moment the server is "down") or restart the apache service??? (you have aceess?)
Ice IT Support Posted January 27, 2012 Posted January 27, 2012 The admins say wee need the root admin to deal with the http problem?
Byron Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
