elwin013 Posted January 24, 2012 Share Posted January 24, 2012 Hi, I have same problems as @literky has in http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/10153-cant-configure-domain-dns/ this topic, but for ns1 ("SOA Zone for domain is not available on the server dns: ns1.heliohost.org").I tried to change nameservers last night (~11PM GMT) and a few minutes ago - same problems. Ice IT Support Posted January 25, 2012 Share Posted January 25, 2012 Try adding/parking the domain in HelioHost, wait 24 hours and then try to change the nameservers. @admins. If I am interpreting the error message correctly, the domain registrar queries ns1/ns2 for records before changing the nameservers. @literky. If you are reading this, please try the same as above.
