Heck, If the website is running all fine and I'm on a holiday, it makes no sense to login to CPanel. But does this remove even my HelioNet account?? And is all my data gone? I'll shift my website elsewhere because you do not have the setup to send out warning emails, plus you removed my helionet forum access as well, which points to your lack of concern for all customer support. I have learnt a valuable lesson. I'll have offline backups to all my website data from now on. Thanks a lot for your services. It was a good run with you guys while Stevie was up, which, I must say, is occasional. I've also learned to research a free hoster much better before I sign up.
