Heck, If the website is running all fine and I'm on a holiday, it makes no sense to login to CPanel. But does this remove even my HelioNet account?? And is all my data gone? All my blogposts, all my services and all my uploaded data? Can someone please confirm this so I can move on with my life?
Tjoene Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 You account seems to be removed.We remove inactive account for the simple reason: we don't have the capacity to keep all those account on our servers.Feel free the create a new account if you like.

I'll shift my website elsewhere because you do not have the setup to send out warning emails, plus you removed my helionet forum access as well, which points to your lack of concern for all customer support. I have learnt a valuable lesson. I'll have offline backups to all my website data from now on. Thanks a lot for your services. It was a good run with you guys while Stevie was up, which, I must say, is occasional. I've also learned to research a free hoster much better before I sign up. Too often have I noticed people telling me that my website is down. I'm thinking of shifting to byethost. What do you say?
