Kyle925 Posted January 17, 2012 Share Posted January 17, 2012 Hi, HelioHost Staff I wanted to change from johnny to stevie due to the down time of johnny, so i used the account deletation script however got a internal server error upon deleting now that i try i get a error message saying that my account is not found in the database but my account has not been deleted as my domain exists when i try to re-open a account on stevie and my domain just loads and will not load anything could you please manually delete my account and domain so i can remake my account/domain but on stevie's server (also once problems been resolved could you delete my forum account as i wont use it) Thanks Domain: pietroirw.heliohost.org Cpanel username: kyle782 By the way i have used the deletation script and waited over 48hrs no result as when i used the script i got a 500 internal server error and when i tries to do it again i got an error saying that the username wasnt found in the database annd when trying to register with same domain i get an error saying that it already exists and when i try to load my site it just keeps loading no result ThanksKyle Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
