Make A Second Account, On Stevie

Hello,

 

I was wondering if I can have permission to make another account on Stevie I currently have johnny.

As stated in the wiki I need a reason for that, "However, we may allow you to create ONE account on each server if you have a legitimate reason for doing so" The reason why I wanna make another account in stevie is because I wanna host my own website their I currently use byethehost, and I realised that heliohost was much better than byethehost.

In my johnny account I host my gaming community site. (under construction, now)
