Problem Accessing Wordpress Dashboard

I signed up today and my cpanel is working and I was able to install wordpress but I cannot access the dashboard or bring up the site created with the wordpress installation. My main domain is dweller.heliohost.org and the wordpress site should be on http://foodservicedemo.dweller.heliohost.org and the wordpress dashboard should be at http://foodservicedemo.dweller.heliohost.org/wp-admin/. I cannot bring up either.

you se the account is queued. wait for the settings to be configured for the subdomain first. it will work after 24 hours.

just like the main domain waiting period.... apache and that stuff isnt gonna config itself
