Flamzeron Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 I'm trying to access my account, but every time I try to log in I get a message saying that HelioHost doesn't recognize my account. I've tried the passwords I can think of, but I don't know if they are correct. I can't find any password reset button, so I'm going to assume that my account was rendered inactive, though it would have been nice to get an email alert like before. What should I do?
