Matt2 Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 Hello, I have been sure to log into my CPanel every month, and I haven't received any warning emails about problems with my account. I have very few visitors, so I don't think I've been abusing resources. About January 3rd or 4th, however, any emails sent to my email (hosted on heliohost) have received an error, and my site has been 404'd, and the renew script doesn't work. Could you please look into this?My account name is Matt2. *EDIT* I think my name is actually matt2 (lowercase), but I'm not sure.Let me know if you need any more information. Thanks!
Guest xaav Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 That account is not in our database. I'm guessing that our server was down when you logged in, and therefore your login was not counted.
Matt2 Posted January 8, 2012 Author Posted January 8, 2012 Wouldn't I usually get an email telling my that my account had been disabled, and that I must renew? If I remember right, an email would be sent, the site would be disabled, but you would still have some time to renew it. My site went down around January 3rd.
