ccjethro Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 My account was suspended, I think because I didn't log into cPanel for a month (I didn't know I was meant to). I've reactived the account successfully, but the MySQL database says its size is 0.00MB. Is this meant to happen? The database structure (tables, etc.) all seems to be intact, but the contents of the database appear to have been wiped. Is there any way to retrieve them? Thanks in advance for your help.
Tjoene Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 That shouldn't happen. When an account is suspended the account is locked so you can't log in.We don't delete or change anything on the account.
ccjethro Posted January 3, 2012 Author Posted January 3, 2012 I've just checked again, and the data is now there (though the size still says 0.00MB, intriguingly enough!). Thanks for your help.
