Does Account Suspension Wipe Mysql Databases?

Recommended Posts

Posted

My account was suspended, I think because I didn't log into cPanel for a month (I didn't know I was meant to). I've reactived the account successfully, but the MySQL database says its size is 0.00MB. Is this meant to happen? The database structure (tables, etc.) all seems to be intact, but the contents of the database appear to have been wiped. Is there any way to retrieve them? Thanks in advance for your help.

That shouldn't happen.

When an account is suspended the account is locked so you can't log in.

We don't delete or change anything on the account.
