Guest xaav Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Oops... you should have logged in via http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/
PenTester Posted December 29, 2011 Author Posted December 29, 2011 What about main page? Didn't you still fix the problem?
Guest xaav Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Yes, the home page has been fixed for a long time by now.
PenTester Posted December 29, 2011 Author Posted December 29, 2011 For me now two problems.1. I think i forget my password.(i wrote in diary but it is not working. I don't know why)2. My account queued. I 've to recover before you completely delete the files. Help me please. Still it showing "username not found in database". Did you really remove my account?
Guest xaav Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Your account was removed by our scripts because you did not login every thirty days. It is impossible for the admins to manually comb through 15000 accounts and exempt a few from the thirty day limit because they "meant" to login during that time period. I'm terribly sorry about this, but you'll have to create a new account.
PenTester Posted December 29, 2011 Author Posted December 29, 2011 Oh no my account is deleted..!it is impossible to sit and bring back my sites. I better end my forum and top sites. Anyway i got best hosting service from heliohost, thank you heliohost.
PenTester Posted December 30, 2011 Author Posted December 30, 2011 Yeah i had but i haven't my user data.
Guest xaav Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 You could have used the "Database backup" tool in cPanel.
